Sorry If I read something into your post that wasn't there. The old "Great Being" or God/King archtype is one of the most easily accessible and the most easily abused of the mythological complex. All this rapture with the "Great Being" stuff can be easily turned into a context for sexual manipulation and exploitation. Many many cult leaders have used it to that purpose. Ectasy and rapture do not require a "Great Being". Love cannot be commanded or manipulated and remain love.
